I ran a red light

Nothing bad happened. I can't believe I ran a red light today, and it certainly was a wake-up call for me. I've never in my 2 years of driving made a mistake like that. I wasn't scared while it happened but afterward is when the adrenaline began running through me and I was just like... HOLY SHIT WHAT DID I JUST DO?? I turned off the radio and just started thinking about it. I could have hurt someone or myself, or lost my transportation altogether to school, appointments, etc. Its just scary how easy it is to become distracted!! I consider myself a decent driver and it happened to me!
