Good day. Very good day. Getting back on track with the walks. 2.5 miles this morning, and it was so invigorating. in the afternoon I went to curves. I'm starting to get bored with the main machines, but now I've discovered the bands and the ball. Every time I go to curves I do sit ups on the ball, and I add one more. I'm on day 4 of that because I started on 3 sets of 8 (24) and today I did 27. And ya. I come home to find that my dad didn't feel like cooking because he brought home Chicken McFuckits. It was greasy. I had enough calories so why not?

Tomorrow, 1.25 miles, maybe more.
